Social Programme
Who Is Included in the Social Programme?
Two social events are organised within the congress: the gala dinner (2 October 2026, 19.00) and the Bosphorus cruise with tea and simit (3 October 2026, 11.00). Both are free of charge and the quota is 130 people for each event.
IncludedParticipants presenting a paperThe entire social programme is covered by the congress participation fee they have already paid. No additional payment is required.
Not includedListener and workshop registrationsThese registrations do not cover the social programme.
ConditionalCompanions of presenting participantsSpouses, children and other companions may join the social programme after completing a listener registration and paying its fee. Names are recorded at the registration desk on the first day of the congress, subject to the available quota.
ConditionalOur provincial representatives and their familiesThey may attend the congress as listeners free of charge. However, in order to join the social programme they pay the listener registration fee according to their student or adult status.
Quotas are limited; requests are evaluated in order of registration.
The Certificate of Participation will be issued in the name of those who have paid the participation fee.

Participation Certificate Requirements
To issue a participation certificate, both of the following conditions must be met:

The participant's paper must be presented as specified in the congress program at the scheduled time

Listener Participation

🎯Discount for Dyscalculia Association members (membership documents must be provided)
📝Each participant can present a maximum of two papers
👥Multi-author papers: the certificate of participation is issued only to authors who have paid the participation fee — each co-author who wishes to receive a certificate must pay the fee separately
